The invention relates to the synthesis of foam and polyurethane based on compositions containing an agent that facilitates the taking of articles from molds and can be used in various industries.

The resulting mixture was kept at room temperature and taken to control at certain intervals of time.
The results are presented in table. one,
Examples 1-6. Surfactants A, B and C are prepared together with a polyhydric alcohol and a siloxane I as masterbatch compositions suitable for dilution with the same polyhydric alcohol for subsequent use. The stability of the masterbatches at room temperature is determined.
The results are presented in table. 2
Examples 7-13. Polyatomic-based working compositions are prepared using the same ranges of components with lower limits for the content of siloxane and surfactants and the resistance is determined in a similar way.
The results are presented in table. 3

Claims (1)

Claims A polyol composition suitable for the preparation of foam and polyurethane, comprising a polyol and a polysiloxane agent, in particular. in order to impart stability of the composition to separation, as a polyol, it contains the product of propoxylation and ethoxylation of diethylene glycol (70%) and glycerol (30%),
having a 20% ethylene oxide end group with a functionality of 2.2, an equivalent weight of 1750 and a hydroxyl number of 30-35 mg KOH / g, and additionally contains a non-ionic surfactant containing at least 20 alkoxyalkyl groups selected from the group of compounds including stearyl alcohol, ethoxylated 100 moles of ethylene oxide, tetramethylene glycol butyl
ether, alkoxylated 38 mol of propylene oxide and 45 mol of ethylene oxide, and nonylphenol, alkoxylated 16 mol of propylene oxide and 13 mol of ethylene oxide, in the following ratio of components
